Domestic Shipping (Within Hong Kong)

• Free Shipping:
  We offer free shipping for orders over HK$200 within Hong Kong.

• Shipping Fees for Orders Below HK$200:
  A flat shipping fee of HK$40 will apply for orders below HK$200.

• Delivery Time:
  Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days after processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Shipping fees for international orders vary depending on the destination. Please find the estimated shipping fees below:

  Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination and may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.

In-Store Pickup

We offer a convenient in-store pickup option at no additional cost. Simply select "Pick Up" at checkout, and we’ll prepare your order for collection.

• Pickup Location:
  Shop 35A, UG/F, The Laguna Mall, No. 8 Laguna Verde Avenue, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong

• Pickup Time:
  Orders will typically be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

• Pickup Deadline:
  Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving the pickup confirmation. Uncollected orders after 14 days will be automatically canceled, and a refund may not be issued.

• Order Processing Time:
  Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Order Tracking:
  Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

• Delivery Address:
  Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Mejido is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Delays:
  While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
